Chef Martijn discovered his passion for cooking as a young boy in the Netherlands, inspired by his family’s love for food.

His culinary journey led him to work in some of the Netherlands’ finest Michelin-starred restaurants, including Au Coin des Bons Enfants, ‘t Plenske, Da Vinci, Librije Zusje, Ron Gastrobar, and 212. Martijn’s skill and creativity flourished, making him a respected name in the industry.

Seeking new adventures and flavors, Martijn came to Curaçao, captivated by the island’s vibrant culture and diverse culinary possibilities. Here, he blends his European expertise with local Caribbean ingredients, creating a unique fusion that delights the senses.
